Milanowski (703) 607-6908. DISA intends to award a single cost plus award fee contract which will provide development and maintenance of NPES software. The ADP activities include requirements analysis, software development, battlestaff training, technical and ADP training, user and system documentation, exercise preparation and participation, special studies, reporting system enhancements, technology insertion, and on-call support. The Government intends to award a contract for an initial six (6) month period, with options for one consecutive twelve (12) month period and one consecutive six (6) month period. This is a sole source acquisition. For purposes of subcontracting opportunities, the size standard associated with SIC Code 7379 - $18 Million per year averaged over three years - is applicable.
