Request for proposals for the operation of the Westover Job Corps Center located in Chicopee, Massachusetts will be available approximately September 26, 1996 for issue in response to written request. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period April 01, 1997 through March 31, 1999, plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year. The approximate average capacity strength is 555 students (255 residential males, 5 non-residential males, 245 residential females and 50 non-residential females). A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 am on October 04, 1996 in the Gymnasium Building 5909 at the Westover Job Corps Center. There will be a tour of the facility immediately following the pre-proposal conference. Upon entering the facility, tour participants must report to and register in the Gymnasium, Building 5909, at the Westover Job Corps Center, Chicopee, Massachusetts.
