The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area has identified a requirement for inspection and treatment of chilled water, hot water, and cooling water systems at Building 1802 and Building 1110, Letterman Army Institute of Research (LAIR), located within the Presidio of San Francisco, CA. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, test reagents and transportation necessary to perform all operations in connection with the inspection, testing, cleaning, and servicing of the closed chilled water systems, hot water systems, and condenser cooling water systems.
