NOAA Civil Rights Office plans to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Philadelphia Marriott Hotel, Philadelphia, PA. to provide a Meeting Package (i.e. approx. 300 sleeping rooms; conference facilities including meeting rooms, coffee breaks, standard A/V equipment, and supplies; catering services for reception, working lunches and dinner) for the Disability Workshop. Other offerors that have the ability to provide the above service are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days after the date of this notice.
