Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. These orders are for Sustaining Engineering Services for the USN and USAF to include MTS Technical Analysis, BKIIIA Software/IV&V, BKIIIA Software Support and other USN Sustaining Engineering Services. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet these requirements.
