49 -- PARTS FOR NEW LAUNDRY SOL RFP 613-71-96 DUE 092596 POC Margaret Hildebrand This is a combined Synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation: Proposals are being requested and ''Written Solicitation'' will be issued. Solicitation RFP 613-71-96 issued as a request for proposal and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 40. Contractor shall provide spare parts, repair parts etc. for the following equipment: Cissell Dryers, Braun/Primus, Braun TSL Washer Extractor with Micro Process Control, Braun 400PT Natural Steam Dryer, Gardner Rail System, Gardner Re-evaluation lift, Braun Beta Blanket Folder, Braun Omega A-New Folder, Braun Small Piece Accumulator, Braun Small Piece Folder Return To Feed, Braun Delta Ironer, Braun Beta Stacker, Thermal Engineering System-Waste Water System, Colmac Tunnel Finisher, and Norman Hydraulic Dumper. These parts must be compatible with a new Laundry System. These parts consist of steam coils, fuses, bearings, gaskets, oil, oil seals, computer, switches, coil, brake linings, valves, output board, filters, nuts, sensors, air cylinders, sprockets, etc. Offers must show the following: the solicitation number; the date specified, name, address, telephone number fax number; a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; a unit price, a total price and any discount terms for each time period, ''Remit to'' address, and a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offers Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its proposal.
