This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal. Haley VA Hospital intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Kay Elemetrics Corp. for a Video-Stroboscopy System. The system includes the following components: model 9100, Rino-Laryngeal Stroboscope; model 9105, Rigid Endoscope(70 deg.); model 9111, CCD Camera, S-VHS output, 5Lux; model 9116, 35mm lens adapter; model 9150, color video monitor 14'' with ''S'' input; model 9130, S-VHS recorder with Jog Wheel; model 9120, flexible scope adapter; model 9175, isolation transformer; model 9160, color video printer 4'' x 3'' S input; model 9171, custom 14 gauge steel cart; On site installation and training Written responses shall include prices and technical data sufficient to evaluate proposed system.
