The Library of Congress, Library Services (M/B/RS) intends to negotiate with Sony Electronics, Inc., Business & Professional Group, 9901 Business Parkway, Lanham, MD for the purchase of sixteen (16) SONY Model DMA-2000, 2 channel mic/line amplifier units to provide analogue outputs of digital signals for the analog master tapes. This unit is compatible with the circuitry of the Sony Model 6000 and Model 4000 Digital Audio Consoles which the Library currently has in place. Other interested offerors must provide sufficient technical documentation to demonstrate the capability to satisfy the requirements, complete pricing including all charges and a copy of the GSA contract (if applicable). If no affirmative responses are received by September 25, 1996 by 2:00 pm the Contracting Officer shall proceed with negotiations with Sony Electronics.
