Provide Architect/Engineer Service (Type A, B, and C) for a one year Open End Indefinite Delivery Contract with an option to extend the term of the contract for one year. This contract will be for design services for the 165th Airlift Wing and the Combat Readiness Center Training Center, Georgia Air National Guard, Savannah International Airport, Savannah, Georgia. Contract period approximately 1 January 1997 to 31 December 1997 unless option to extend is exercised. No individual delivery order shall exceed $150,000.00. The total of all orders under an individual contract may not exceed $750,000.00. The significant selection evaluation criteria in the relative order of importance to the Government are 1) Architectural, 2) Civil Engineer, 3) Electrical Engineer, 4) Mechanical Engineer, 5) Structural Engineer, 6) Environmental Engineer, 7) Specialized Experience and Technical Competence, 8) Capacity to Accomplish Work in Required Time, 9) Past Performance, 10) Location, 11) Volume of Work Previously Awarded by DOD, 12) Demonstrated success in prescribing the use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency in facility design. The proposed services will be obtained by a negotiated firm fixed price Architect-Engineer Contract. Firms must indicate in block 7 of the SF 255 each key person's office location. Firms short listed by a pre-selection board will be required to make in-person presentations to a final selection board to further clarify and expound on their ability to meet the evaluation factors. Presentations will be limited to one hour to include time for questions and answers/discussion.
