Langrehr, (410)642-1048 Provide Architect Engineer Services for a fully developed Investigated/Preliminary Design, Working Drawings and Specifications, and Construction Period Services with a firm construction cost estimated to Upgrade Water Distribution System at the VA Medical Center, Perry Point, Maryland. Scope of work will include excavation, road cuts, backfill, bituminous blacktop, sediment control, fencing/barricades and replace 5000 linear foot 8 inch piping and 500 linear foot of 6 inch piping, appurtenances, including valves, fittings and fire hydrants. Estimated construction cost range is between $100,000 and $500,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 120-mile radius of Perry Point (Perryville) Maryland. Interested firms must submit an updated SF 254 and SF 255 to the Contracting Officer (90C), VA Medical Center, P.O.
