This effort is designed to further extend CAL POLY's proprietary ICDM software architecture supporting DOD's Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES). The technical support services will provide for the extension of CAL POLY's proprietary Intelligent Cooperative Decision-Making (ICDM) software architecture/ source code to accommodate cross-service requirements for vessel stow planning; port management; cargo sequencing; and generic ship generation. Enhancement services to result in a seamlessly interactive operating capability across multiple networks, and hardware platforms. No Solicitation document exits.
