Furnished with one each personnel door with stainless steel hardware, free standing fiberglass stair stringer partially attached to structure with fiberglass treads, double rail handrails, and upper landing (3 FT wide X 4 FT LG). Structure shall consist of four each 10 FT X 10 FT composite material sheet panels or sides with hand laminated studs for structural stability, 10 FT X 10 FT 2IN X 2 IN in grey or red fibergrate deck, and fiberglass stairs and landing (stairs shall be partially assembled by manufacturer). White finish wall panels. Vendor shall also furnish all stainless steel fasteners/hardware and concrete drop-in anchors for securement of structure to existing slab. Structure shall withstand up to minimum 85 MPH windload capacity and vendor shall use engineering skills to design and manufacture for shear strength, strength of materials and structural integrity of walls, gratings, joist, studs, stairs, rails, and structural columns of tower structure. The structure and deck grating must be capable of loads up to 1000 LBS. Vendor shall provide the government with working drawing plans depicting an elevation view, section view, and planview of the structure with instructions for assembling the entire structure by sequental numbers or indentifying markings for ease of assembly. The structure shall be shipped unassembled for assembly by government employees at jobsite. Conceptual drawings for general information use will be included with solicitation.
