R -- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS FOR KIDZ DAYS AT THE KASHIM ENLISTED CLUB SOL SVS-SCS-90-96. Due 121096. POC Tracy Barbour, 907/552-5900, FAX 907/552-9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Kidz Days Programs at the Kashim Enlisted Club held at least one Saturday of each month for children ages 4 to 13. We are asking for gift certificates ranging from $5 to $50.00. The prizes and certificates would be given away as door prizes and other drawings. Any related children's gifts or items would be accepted, items such as toys, clothing books and children's movies. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in the base paper and other areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event drawings will also be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 10 December 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government. (253)
