R -- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS FOR SUNDAY SATELLITE FOOTBALL AT THE ENLISTED CLUB SOL SVS-SCS-88-96. Due 121097. POC Tracy Barbour, 907/552-5823, FAX 907/552-9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for Enlisted Club's Sunday Satellite Football program which begins Sept 96 and runs through January. The event, open all 6,500 of the base's active duty members and their families, is scheduled to run every Sunday from 7:30 to 10 pm. We are looking for T-shirts, hats, helmets, footballs, NFL type gear to be used as prizes for giveaways, drawings and special contests. Additionally, we are asking for food, snacks and beverages that will be offered complimentary to participants. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending upon the sponsor and what he can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event would be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 Dec 96. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government. (253)
