R -- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS FOR CLUBS MEMBERSHIP DRIVE SOL SVS-SCS-89-96. Due 120196. POC Tracy Barbour, 907/552-5823, FAX 907/552-9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for our Clubs Membership Drive, scheduled 20 Sept 96 through 15 Dec. The three-month effort will target all active duty military, DOD civilians and retirees who are not club members as well as federal employees within the surrounding areas. We are looking for T-shirts, mugs, certificates and other items to be used as prizes in special drawings and contests. Additionally, we would like a computer system and accessories for our grand prize drawing. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending upon the sponsor and what he can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event would be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 Dec 96. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (253)
