The operations to be performed shall include cutting and trimming grass on flat, rolling, and steeply sloped areas; edging; collection and disposal of debris; shrub, bush and tree pruning; hedge trimming; fertilization; fence line vegetation removal and control; tree line trimming; tree, limb and stump removal; grassing; liming; shrub and tree establishment; plant bed cultivation and mulching; and other miscellaneous services located at the Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, VA. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery type contract. Period of performance is for one base year period with options to extend the base contract for four (4) each, twelve month periods. This requirement is being restricted to small business firms.
