Work includes site work (demolition, site preparation, earthwork, asphaltic concrete pavement, reinforced concrete pavement, utilities), concrete (concrete form work, reinforcement, cast in place concrete) masonry walls (reinforced concrete masonry unit, glass units with masonry), metals (structural steel, roof panels, joists, and decks), wood and plastics (finish carpentry), moisture protection (sound insulation, roof and deck insulation, pvc roofing, flashing and sheet metal, firestopping and sealants), windows and doors, (fire rated metal, aluminum and wood doors and frames, hardware and fire rated windows), finishes (metal support systems, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical treatment, linear wood ceiling systems, floor tile, carpet and painting), specialties (whiteboards, projection screens, steel lockers, fire extinguishers and cabinets, laminated plastic partitions and urinal screens, toiler accessories), hoists (parachute hoists), mechanical (plumbing, hearing, ventilation to include a chilled water system with air handler units and compressed airlines), electrical (underground and interior wiring, telecommunication cabling and intercommunication system, pad mounted transformer), pre-wire work stations, furnishing (conference seating), special construction (fire alarm systems, wet-piping fire suppression sprinklers), and other incidental related work.
