consists of Corrections of building No. 4 and No. 20, VA Medical
Center, Sepulveda, California - Project includes; asbestos abatement in
the work area of both buildings; interior and exterior demolition in
both buildings, of which the ''exterior'' type is considered minor;
heavy structural strengthening in Building No. 4, and light structural
strengthening in Building No. 20; new Parking Lot adjacent to Building
No. 20, and the steel framing of new departmental partitions, new
finishes, as well as all required mechanical and electrical systems, in
both buildings. The work will include the use of reinforced concrete
epoxy injections, and shotcrete for seismic upgrades; and there will
also be some light landscaping and irrigation, utility line
relocations, reroofing and certain other items.--- Cost Range: Between
$10,000,000 and $20,000,000 --- Request for Proposal Documents will be
