Sullivan (Contracting Officer), 202-565-9213 This project consists of Corrections of building No. 4 and No. 20, VA Medical Center, Sepulveda, California - Project includes; asbestos abatement in the work area of both buildings; interior and exterior demolition in both buildings, of which the ''exterior'' type is considered minor; heavy structural strengthening in Building No. 4, and light structural strengthening in Building No. 20; new Parking Lot adjacent to Building No. 20, and the steel framing of new departmental partitions, new finishes, as well as all required mechanical and electrical systems, in both buildings.
