DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes replacement, repair and calibration of UST/AST leak detection monitoring systems including Petrosonic III Automatic Gauging System and Arizona Instruments Vapor Monitoring System. The work also includes the purchase and installation of a central monitoring unit and remote receiving and audible alarm unitsand incidental related work, complete and work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is $100,000 to $250,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 120 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1731 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office. A fee will be charged for all plans and specs.
