indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is contemplated. The
first year ordering quantity, 49 ea., will be F.O.B. destination to Red
River Army, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. All offerors must meet
prequalification requirements, to include engineering testing, in order
to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval
