B -- UPDATE OF H-60 LOGISTICS SUPPORT ANALYSIS (LSA) DATA PACKAGE POC Contact, Terri Laenger, Phone (703)604-2000 Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0022 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Sikorsky) for update of the Navy H-60 Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and LSA Record (LSAR) data to include Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) and Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) substitutes. Sikorsky will perform an update of the LSA data base to include government approved ODS and HAZMAT substitutes on both the D07 cards and LSA Text. Sikorsky is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of H-60 aircraft. As such, they are the only source for the LSA data base and technical knowledge required to perform this effort.
