F -- CHEMICAL AND HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL SOL C600936T1 POC Mike Hennessey 513-366-2032 The Contractor will furnish labor and materials to package, ship and dispose laboratory waste including hazardous, non-hazardous chemicals and contaminated materials and debris. Waste will be picked up at the U.S. EPA-Cincinnati facilities at Newtown, Center Hill, T&E, AWBERC, and Ada Oklahoma. Each pick-up will be scheduled 30 days in advance with the Project Officer. Contractor will also provide waste disposal in emergency responses identified by the Project Officer. Disposal will include: 5-gallon container of chemicals packaged; 20-gallon container of chemicals packaged; 55-gallon container of chemicals packaged;55-gallon drum of mixed solvents (non-halogenated); and 55-gallon drum of mixed solvents (halogenated). Shipping and disposal shall be in accordance with all existing laws and regulations of the United States, including Department of transportation Hazardous Materials Regulations in 49 CFR 100 et.seq., and EPA Hazardous Waste Regulations in 40 CFR 2650 et.seq. and all laws and regulations of any state, county, township, or municipal subdivision or other governmental agency which may be applicable to the removal of the waste. A three year contract will be awarded. The Contractor must be an established provider of the same or similar services. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (0254)
