FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia proposed to procure, on an unrestricted basis, Emergency Room/Primary Care Clinic Services at the Naval Hospital, Beaufort, SC. The services shall encompass the establishment, operation, and management of a 24-hour, 365 day, Level II Emergency Room and a Primary Care Clinic (PCC) at the Naval Hospital, Beaufort, SC. PCC services shall be provided from 0730 to 1630 Monday through Friday, and 0900 to 1300 on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays. Services shall include all clinical and administrative support necessary to manage the patient flow of eligible benificiaries. The resultant contract shall consist of a base year beginning 1 October 1997 and ending 30 September 1998, and will include four, one-year, options. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals. The applicable SIC code and size standard are 8011 and $5 million, respectively.
