The proposed contract is for Official Mail Distribution and Forms Stockroom Maintenance Services under the Commercial Activities Program (A-76). The contractor shall provide services, labor and supervision in response to the needs of the Omaha District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska. The work primarily includes incoming and outgoing mail processing, interoffice mail distribution, and forms maintenance and distribution. Omaha work sites include the Zorinsky Federal Building at 215 N. 17th St., two Central Park Plaza (222 S. 15th St.), the Missouri River Division Building (12565 West Center Road), and the Forms Stockroom at 9501 John J. Pershing Drive. In addition to these work sites, distribution points include the Missouri River Laboratory at 420 S. 18th St., the Fort Crook Area Office at Offutt Air Force Base, Bellevue, NE, the Computer Sciences Corporation Office at 4428 S. 108th St., and the Corps of Engineers Kansas City District Office in Kansas City, MO. A site visit will be conducted on 21 October 1996 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. The proposed contract is for an eight month period with four one-year options.
