The Health Resources and Services Administration requires services to plan a two day conference for practicing Hispanic Physicians, Hispanic Medical Students and representatives from various entities concerned with improving the health status of Hispanic and other minority/disadvantaged groups. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, with The National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA), 1700 17th Street, NW, Suite 405, Washington, DC 20009. The NHMA, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
