The Health Resources and Services Administration requires services to provide for the analysis of data collected independently throught survey of residency training program directors using an authorized instrument developed. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, with the Center for Addiction Research & Education, School of Medicine, University of Wisconsin, 777 S. Mill Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53715. The Center for Addiction Research & Education, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The period of performance is one year. The award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
