The VA Medical Center, West Los Angeles, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073, is contemplating the award of a SOLE SOURCE contract with Fred Massarik to deliver training and facilitation for Organizational and Internal Process Development and long range organic change processes within the organization. This includes development of customized applications of Ojai UCLA Extension National Teaching Laboratory( Ojai/UNEX and NTL Institute), Interpersonal/professional development skills training, person to person mentoring, workshops, conferences and development of documentation such as reports of progress and outcomes. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The total level of effort is approximately (2000) hours for the period of (1) year (September 26, 1996 through September 30, 1997). The contractor will be responsible for implementation of presentation activities, books, supplies, developing training materials and visual aids, and organizing agendas. There will be approximately forty-five(45) all day sessions. The applicable SIC for this procurement action is SIC#8299. All responsible sources shall submit concise documentation as their ability of having thorough knowledge of Ojai/UNEX and NTL Institute. Respondents to this announcement shall fully explain their knowledge, have thirty(5)plus year of faculty level experience in international organizational change and development processes, have ability to customize Ojai/UNEX and NTL Institute for this medical center, (3) years public speaking, seminars, and workshop, have a Ph.d (Psychology), and have (5) most recent publications. Respondents are encourage to submit all other supporting literature they consider relevant.
