The VA Medical Center, West Los Angeles, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073 has a requirement for hotel accommodations for a conference/training room with approximately 2000 square feet of interior space. Conference/training room will be required for a period of twelve (12) months (September 26, 1996 through September 30, 1997). Room shall be made available for all day training sessions upon request of COTR. Approximately seventy (70) sessions will be held during the twelve (12) month period. Each session will have thirty (30) plus attendees. Training courses may be extended beyond the twelve (12) month period. Anticipated period of performance to start is September 26, 1996. Accommodation shall include on-site self parking, air conditioner and heating, provide cleaning services, continental breakfast and lunch with beverage and dessert, general purpose Audio & Visual Equipment/Supplies, Training Aids & Devices, Accessible ADP Supplies/Equipment, table/seating accommodations for at least four(4) individuals per table in an adjoining setting. LOCATION RESTRICTION: Hotel shall be in a (3) mile radius of the medical center. Hotels located outside the (3) mile radius parameter, shall transport the attendees via bus/van and shall be within a 10-minute time frame. Transportation shall be provided for approximately seventy (70) days of each training course scheduled. Transportation shall be round-trip from the medical center to the hotel and back to the medical center in designated pick up points. If the training sessions are extended beyond the (70) sessions, transportation will be extended during the duration respectively.
