Denton Vacuum, Inc. is offering preferential pricing for the Government and the attractive technical feature of auto pumping from atmosphere to high vacuum. It is a highly desirable feature for a chamber which will be part of an equipment to be used not only for the purpose of depositing electronic thin films but possibly other coatings of interest, i.e., thermal barrier coatings, hard coatings, and transparent coatings. Denton Vacuum, Inc. is the only known source that is making this offer, and the capabilities to meet this requirement.
