Item 2, 2 LT-790.20 LCF/HCF Test Software. Item 3, 2 LT-790.90 TestWorks Software. It is intended to award this contract to MTS Systems Corporation, Eden Prairie, MN on a sole source basis. MTS Systems Corporation is the designer of the testing machines and the electronics which are used to control them. MTS Systems Corporation is the only known source that has the capabilities to provide this requirement and maintain complete compatibility.
