Kiely, Contract Specialist, 202/435-6940 The U.S. Secret Service intends to contract with Lexis/Nexis on a sole source basis for on-line information retrieval services. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed type contract for a period of sixty (60) months, effective 1 October, 1996. These services include access to case law, administrative decisions, statutes, regulations, law reviews, specialty publications and a comprehensive public records library. It also shall include the ability for two simultaneous users for LAW product, NEWs product, and Public Records product. It shall be continuous access provided 24-hours a day to the most current information and instant access to all locations nationwide. No telephone request will be honored. See Note 22. (0255)
