The Agency for International Development intends to modify Contract No. PCE-0102-C-00-5013-00 with Cordoba International Corporation for a 12-month contract extension through September 30, 1997. This Contract provides services designed to facilitate and accelerate sustainable economic and social development of USAID assisted countries, and to increase the participation of U.S. business entities, non-governmental organizations. non-profit associations, academic institutions, state agencies, and local economic development offices in the international development process. This modification to the Contract is being undertaken pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. This Contract extension is being undertaken to maintain these needed services during a transition period. This notice is being issued for informational purposes. A new competition is intended to be undertaken next fiscal year for these services subject to review of USAID future needs. A separate solicitation notice will be issued for this intended solicitation next fiscal year. (0255)
