The Health Resources and Services Administration requires services to provide organization and coordination in providing HIV outreach and education to members of farmworker families throught different migratory streams in the United States. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, with the Farmworkers Justice Fund, Inc, 2001 S Street, NW Suite 210, Washington, DC.
