The Directorate of Contracting intends to use ''Simplified Acquisition'' procedures to award a contract for electrostatic copy service on a cost-per-copy service on a cost-per-copy basis for the period December 16, 1996 through September 30, 1997. Bidders cost-per-copy price shall include cost for the following: (a) all required consumables (including staples), but not paper; (b) all necessary maintenance to keep the copier in good operating condition (including both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs during normal working hours); (c) training for key operators, at the time of machine installation, as well as later required by an activity to maintain availability of trained key operators, and (d) accessories in accordance with the configurations outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
