S. Government Air Force property. An option will be included for the FY97 portion of the work. Family housing unit design and construction to include concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Infrastructure work to include new streets and sidewalks, utilities to support the new family housing units, landscaping, and recreational spaces. Utility infrastructure work to include water lines, gas lines, sanitary sewer lines, and electrical distribution system. Demolition of existing family housing units will not be required. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about 2 October 1996 with technical and cost proposals due 5 November 1996. The magnitude of construction is between $10 million to $25 million. The costs of plans and specifications is $150.00. This charge is nonrefundable.
