The work includes painting the interior and exterior of various Naval facilities and incidental related work. A firm fixed-price contract consisting of a base year and two one-year options is anticipated. The requirement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1721 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately 365 calendar days for the base year and 365 calendar days for each of the option years. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656.
