The estimated number of engineering man-hours required for the FY97 base year is 153,850 hours. In addition to the FY97 base year requirement, two (2) option years are also required with estimated engineering man-hours requirements of 149,250 in FY98 and 144,925 in FY99. Vitro is the design agent and system integrator for the MK-14 WDS. It is the only company which has the technical knowledge, experience, software tools and development test site to perform the Design Agent and System Integration Engineering Services within the required time frame.
