The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute intend to purchase an Oxygen Generator System, with a 120 gallon surge tank, AIRSEP Model AS-250 or equivalent which includes the following components: (1) Rotary Screw Compressor, ATLAS COPCO Model GA11-125 or equivalent; (2) Refrigerant Drier 1.0 BHP, ATLAS COPCO or equivalent; (3) Air Receiver Tank, 80 Gallon; (4) Oxygen Receiver Tank, 120 gallon; (5) Interconnecting Stainless Steel braided Oxygen Hosing; (6) Bacteria Filtrtation System; and (7) Oxygen Purity Analyzer/Monitor with alarm (Paramagenetic and digital). All of the components are to be skid mounted. The system is to be installed outside of the building and manifold into the Research Procedure Space. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3569, Size Standard 500 employees will be used for this requirement. Vendors capable of furnishing the government with the equipment specified in this synopsis should submit a quotation to the below address. The quotation shall include the itemized price, the period of delivery, prompt payment discount terms, taxpayer identification number (TIN), Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNs), and descriptive literature of the equivalent product quoted identifying all of the specifications.
