The contract awarded will also include start-up services for the equipment furnished. The valves will consist of three 48-inch butterfly valves with operators, three 24-inchenergy disapator valves with operators, and three 24-inch butterfly valves with operators. The operation of the spillway gates and motor operated valves will becontrolled with a Programable Logic Controller (PLC) and microcomputer type system. TVA will install the equipment.
