The Immigration and Naturalization Service(INS) has a requirement for a contractor to pickup and delivery a large volume of packages, forms, files, and boxes. These items shall be shipped from various locations throughout the United States, as well as U. S. Territories. The contractor shall provide INS a register (meter) computer system with direct line tracking capability. The contractor's system shall have the capability to trace packages as well as produce a receipt of delivery confirmation. The proposed contract will consist of a one year base performance period with four one year option performance periods (60 months).
