This announcement is to modify the original Broad Agency Announcement which published on 11 July 1996 and to delete the announcements that published in the CBD under Salvage Services on 16 August 1996 and 29 August 1996. In reference to CBD announcement, Issue No. PSA-1634, of Long Range Scientific Projects (ONR 96-017), dated 11 July 1996, the Office of Naval Research wishes to add the following additional language to the Broad Agency Announcement: The standard industrial classification code is 8731 with the small business size standard of 500 employees. In addition, contract proposals that exceed $500,000 submitted by all but small businesses, must be accompanied by a Small, Small Disadvantaged and Women-Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan in accordance with FAR 52.219-9 (0256)
