F -- FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT TO PLANT ONE YEAR OLD BAREROOT AND ONE YEAR OLD CONTAINERIZED HARDWOOD SEEDLINGS AT LAKE GEORGE, BIG TWIST, PANTHERS SWAMP AND FORT LORING PROJECTS SOL DACW38-96-B-0037 DUE 110596 POC Contract Specialist SOPHIA CLARK (601) 631-5812 (Site Code CW38) Furnish all labor, tools, and equipment to correctly plant an estimated 532,400 one year old bareroot hardwood and 355,200 one year old containerized hardwood seedlings at the Lake George, Big Twist, Panther Swamp, and Fort Loring Wildlife Mitigation Projects. There are four project areas where the hardwood seedlings will be planted. The first area is within the boundaries of the Lake George Wildlife Mitigation Project located in Yazoo County, Mississippi; the second area is within the boundaries of the Big Twist Wildlife Mitigation Project located in Yazoo and Humphreys Counties, Mississippi; the third area is within the boundaries of the Panther Swamp Wildlife Mitigation Project and is located in Yazoo County, Mississippi and the fourth area is the Fort Loring Mitigation Area and it is located in Leflore County, Mississippi. All seedlings to be planted will be supplied by the Government. Seedlings shall be planted utilizing dibble bars and/or mechanical tree planters. Issue date is on or about 05 Oct 96.
