Smith,215/656-6091 Provide all labor, management, supervision, quality control, materials, and equipment to perform inspection services for mechanical equipment and systems at the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) Complex, 7500 Security Boulevard, Woodlawn, MD. The estimated start date is July 1 1997. The base period is for six months followed by the possibility of nine option periods of six months each for a total of five (5) years. This is an inspection services contract only. The contractor will not be responsible for performing any repairs or preventive maintenance. To be eligible for award, the contractor and any subcontractors (if any) must be involved solely in mechanical system inspections and cannot be involved in the performance of mechanical maintenance services or repairs of building equipment/building systems under any other contract(s) with government agencies, corporations, or any other entity. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns (SIC Code 7349). This is a negotiated procurement: source selection, greatest value method.
