This solicitation is intended to obtain all management, administration, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to provide Base Operating Support services at the Naval Security Station (NSS), Washington, DC. The NSS is located on a 38 acre compound in northwest DC, approximately 5 miles northwest of the US Capitol. NSS includes approximately 40 bldgs and approximately 15 acres of improved grounds. The base performance period is 12 months with options to extend not to exceed 60 months including the base period. Estimated cost for the entire project exceeds $10 Million. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8744. This contract will be acquired thru formal source selection procedures.
