Contractor is required to provide preventative maintenance, inspections, software and equipment repair services for the Landis & Gyr Powers System 600 Building Automation System. SIC: 7623. Base contract period will be October 96 through September 97 with 5 option years. Solicitation will be available on or about October 15, 1996. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be in writing and should be received by the issuing agency no later than 15 days from the date this notice is published. Telephone and fax requests are not acceptable.
