Services will also include engineering and technical support, including the development and implementation of Engineering Change Proposals. Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-96-R-6347 will be issued to Lockheed Martin Corp., Ocean Radar and Sensor Systems Division, P.O. Box 4840, Syracuse, N.Y. 13221-4840, on a sole source basis for U.S. Navy and foreign military sales requirements, and will cover a class of orders to be issued over a three year period.
