This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F04626-96-B0011 is issued as a Invitation for Bids and will be awarded as a contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-39. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification is 4959. The size standard is $5 million. The solicitation line items are as follows: 0001. Contractor shall perform cleaning and sanitation in accordance with Standard Business Practices and Health standards of 42 government furnished portable chemical toilets. Toilets are located based wide on Travis AFB and the Base Golf Course. Toilets are subject to being moved to different locations as needed. Contractor is required to report to Bldg. 806 each Wednesday to verify location of units throughout the base and pick up and escort for restricted areas. Contractor shall perform the services required under this contract during the hours of 0700 - 1600 HRS. Each Wednesday. If a Federal holiday falls on a Wednesday the contractor shall provide the service on the following work day. Period of Performance is 01 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 plus three option years. Quantity: 12 Months. 0002 Perform services as indicated above for OPTION #1 For the Period of 01 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. Quantity: 12 Months. 0003 Perform services as indicated above for OPTION #2 For the Period of 01 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99. All quotes received shall be FOB destination/Travis AFB CA.
