Cooper, Contract Specialist, 301/415- 6737 Temporary services are required to assist the NRC in supporting its short-term temporary work requirements in the following labor categories: Secretaries; Accounting Technicians, and Word Processors. The offeror must be able to furnish a minimum number in each labor category as follows: 25 secretary; 5 accounting technician; 5 word processors. The offeror also must be able to provide the employees within 48 hours of notice and provide a substitute within 24 hours of notice. The offeror shall be responsible for providing these temporary services at the following NRC locations: One White Flint North Building, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland; Two White Flint North Building, 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland; and the Gelman Building, 2120 ''L'' Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. All contractor personnel shall be an U.S. citizen and shall be fluent in the English language. All temporary employees will be subject to Security Background Investigation by the NRC's Office of Security and must receive clearance as a prerequisite to performing the services. A fixed price requirements contract will be negotiated. The period of performance is one year with the option to extend the period of performance 2 additional years. This requirement is a 100% small-business set-aside. The SIC Code is 7363. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts of $5.0 million over the past three years, as set forth under Standard Industrial Classification 7363.
