X -- LEASE OF FACILITIES FOR UNINTERRUPTED SUPPORT OF UNIT MISSION SOL F03602-96-R0011 DUE 102896 POC Contact 1Lt Scougall, 501/988-3303 ext 3841/Contracting Officer, Shirley Bridges, 501/988-3303 ext 3836. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Mobile Modular Management Corp. for the continued lease of three modular facilities approximately (60' X 140' each), on the flight line of Little Rock AFB. The total required space is 25,200 square feet. This lease will be required through 30 Sep 99. Mobile Modular Management Corp. is the owner of the existing facilities currently being leased under contract F03602-93-C0025. This sole source acquisition is necessary in order to ensure continued uninterrupted support of the mission. Unavailability of existing space to construct new facilities would dictate that the current buildings be dismantaled and removed before new facilities could be constructed, displacing over 500 people during the interim.
