The cleaner is the continuous coil type, with no space for steam accumulation, in which water is heated to a temperature below the saturation temperature for the pressure in the coil and is discharged from the nozzle at high velicity. Requirements are 60 ea Steam Cleaner, 600 Gal. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Proposed contract is a 100% small business set-aside. MIL-I-45208 inspection criteria is required. First Article Test is required. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY96 requirement. Estimated issue date of this solicitation is 100796.
